This poolhouse replaced a falling pergola in an empty backyard. Incorporated into the pool house was a kitchenette and an ample wine room, viewable from the main seating area. Bifold doors open to the pool deck for maximum flow during parties. There is also a deck on the roof, accessible from both above and below.
